James has qualifications in Computer Science and Network Engineering and over seven years experience in systems design, support and consultancy. He has a natual affinity for technology and is most at home when tinkering with his beloved gadgets. With experience maintaining whole systems for South Australian General Practice, James understands the workplace pressures on GPs to get the job done while managing a successful business.
James also has many years experience providing training to novices and experts alike and strives to avoid bombarding his clients with 'technobabble'.

Andrew Carpenter has qualifications and over ten years experience in software programming and design. He is also a naturally skilled artist and illustrator. With experience designing websites for several SA businesses, Andrew also understands the issues, time and cost constraints faced by his customers.
Andrew designs and develops professional, hassle-free websites and software solutions for a variety of clients, as well as graphics, logos and illlustrations. Andrew meets with all FiveRobots clients personally. Our clients comment on his friendly and approachable manner, and his willingness to offer his help and provide advice. Andrew makes an effort to explain options clearly, and ensure our clients can make well informed decisions about their options.
